Welcome to the land of Caretta-Caretta turtle!

We love Caretta-Caretta turtles as we see them in beaches in our home villages.
Some of the students of Winners Education come from the islands of Zakynthos and Crete,
where the slow-moving, hard-working mothers come to build their nests and lay their eggs.
We've given our beloved turtle the nickname Caretta2 (caretta square) and have decided to
create the Caretta2 Global Project to help raise awareness for its plight.

The Caretta-Carreta Global Project.
Aim
Our aim is to help raise awareness on the serious threat the loggerhead turtle is facing. Our little turtle, Neptune the Carreta2, will travel around the world along with its diary to inform everyone of its plight. At the same time, the issue of plastic garbage thrown in beaches or discarded at sea will also be discussed as it's one of the threats for the caretta-caretta turtle (and not only!).

Ages
Any age

Project Outline
